DREAMS DONUTS is a Belgian donut shop brand that offers customizable donuts and a large selection of modern pastries (popcakes, muffins, brownies) and drinks (milkshakes, bubble tea, latte macchiato, iced coffee).
The brand was created by Ilyass, the son of Belgian pastry chefs , and now has more than 60 stores in France and Belgium . The secrets are the quality of the product, the highly recognizable and familiar concept, and, of course, the very attractive franchising formula for franchisees. Another 50 openings are planned this year.
OUR HISTORY
A pioneer of donuts in Europe, the Belgian Willy Wonka, Ilyass , founder of Dreams Donuts , launched his first store in Charleroi in 2020. Following this success, he opened a second store in Tournai, then a third...
And that's how the story begins!
After conquering the Belgian market , he decided to launch into the French market with his first store in Valenciennes. By 2022, he already had 12 Dreams Donuts stores in France .

Dreams Donuts offer a wide selection of decorated donuts, ready to be enjoyed on-site or taken away. A unique 3-step customization process allows you to create your own donuts to your liking. You can also enjoy other delicious products such as filled donuts, muffins, cookies, milkshakes, and various beverages, including hot/cold coffee, hot/cold lattes, milkshakes, and bubble tea.
The taste buds of gourmets of all ages will be delighted!
We want our stores to be comfortable places to visit with friends, family, or even alone. The format reflects our values and invites you to indulge in gourmet pleasures. Our boutiques, softly pink in color, bring together the tastes of adults, teens, and children. They are characterized by a sweet and floral spirit, decorated according to the seasonal holidays.

DREAMS DONUTS PRODUCTS
Dreams Donuts gives way to imagination and fantasy. All our donuts are created by our team and are constantly evolving. We monitor seasonality and regularly share new offerings with our partners. Furthermore, our customization concept sets us apart from our competitors.
To accompany their donuts, Dreams Donuts also offers a wide range of bubble teas and American-style drinks , both hot and cold. They also offer Instagrammable mugs and elegant glasses, offering both takeout and dine-in service. The beverage area has its own logo and name: " Drink Corner ."
THE DREAMS DONUTS FRANCHISE
The Dreams Donuts franchise plan includes an entry fee of €10,000 for the first three Italian affiliates.
The investment required to open a shop is €34,999 (excluding construction work and starting stock).
The minimum surface area is 30 m2 and the format is suitable for both city centres and shopping centres.
The turnover potential ranges from €250,000 per year up to €500,000 depending on the quality of the venue and location.
The operating commission is 5% of turnover excluding VAT and the marketing commission is 1% on the same basis.
